Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines are:
• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
• Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
These are estimated timelines and may vary based on courier operations and destination.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated automatically during checkout based on the delivery location, order value, and package weight. Promotional free shipping may be offered from time to time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipment tracking details via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp (where available).
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address, PIN code, and contact information are accurate before placing your order. Nation Food is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect customer information.
6. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners will attempt delivery according to their service policy. If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, re-delivery charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and outer packaging for verification.
8. Delivery Delays
Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, public holidays, high order volumes, or courier service disruptions. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
9. Service Availability
Delivery is subject to the serviceability of our courier partners. In rare cases, we may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery solution or issue a refund if delivery is not possible.
10. International Shipping
Currently, Nation Food delivers only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
