1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order, please email our Customer Support with:
• Order Number
• Customer Name
• Registered Mobile Number
• Reason for Cancellation

3. Cancellation Approval
Cancellation requests are subject to the order status.
If the order has not been shipped, the cancellation request will be approved.
If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation request will be declined.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations will receive a full refund.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Bank processing time may vary.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders can be cancelled before shipment without any cancellation charges.
Repeated COD cancellations may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
6. Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders already shipped.
Orders already delivered.
Customized or made-to-order products (if applicable).
Bulk or wholesale orders already under processing.
7. Incorrect Shipping Details
If incorrect shipping information is provided after dispatch, cancellation may not be possible. Additional shipping or re-delivery charges, if applicable, will be the customer’s responsibility.
8. Cancellation by Nation Food
Nation Food may cancel orders due to product unavailability, payment failure, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unforeseen operational issues.
If an order is cancelled by Nation Food after payment, a full refund will be issued.
